Here's how it works:
- Once you contact us, a FM-IQ Account Representative will be in touch with you promptly to answer your questions, discuss your needs, help refine your sample specifications; and provide a project proposal and quote
- Once you’ve decided upon a project option, we’ll confirm your sample specifications and pricing in writing
- When your survey is completed and ready for launch, just send us the name of your survey along with your signed confirmation letter. We’ll deploy the survey to your sample and contact your to let you know your survey is active
- Within days, you’ll be seeing high-quality, quantitative results.
Our account representatives are responsive and knowledgeable about online market research. They will happily answer all your questions before you start, and they’re available to help throughout the life of your survey project.
Online survey software is similar in principle. You create a private account and then login to access the survey software. Once you're logged in to your account, you can easily create a survey, send it out, and view the tabulated results. With an online tool there's no need to install software on your organization's computers and no need to involve your IT department or consultants. |
